What is a driving record search?
The driving record search accesses motor vehicle department information. It produces information about any violations (usually within the past 3 years) and will tell if a driver’s license is valid. A driving record check should also produce information regarding a suspended license, failures to appear in court and arrest warrants. It also lists valuable information such as offenses that included driving under the influence and possession of drugs.
