A Customer or lead is defined as any person contacting a Helper through the CrossLoop Community and seeking help on their computers. This can be through an email or any other communication infrastructure that CrossLoop provides or was provided through CrossLoop. All payments for CrossLoop leads must be through the CrossLoop transaction system initiated through “Chat with Me”.
