What is a cleanser diet?
A Cleanser diet is the one that you start on your first week, until your Diet Adviser has worked out your personal diets to suit you individually. The Cleanser diet will detox or clean out your system, getting rid of all the unwanted stodgy foods that you may have eaten prior to dieting. The cleanser diet will help you to lose a good few pounds, which will give you the motivation to keep trying. It has a breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snack. It also has the special foods that you need to eat to help reduce your PCOS. For example soda or rye bread instead of standard bread which contains wheat. On your cleanser diet, we will teach you how to nibble on certain foods that will improve the B vitamins in your body, but will also speed up your metabolic rate to improve your weight loss.
