It also contains other moisturisers and humectants, FDA approved colours and a small amount of evaporative SD-alcohol that allows Safe Tan to dry quickly without drying the skin. The cosmetic colours along with plant extracts, help create your own individualised tan shade while the carriers takes the colour and moisturisers into the top three layers of your skin.
