A. You need a user name and password to submit or review your data on the Program Web site. If you have already registered online as a fleet point of contact (POC), you already have a user name and password. If you have not yet registered your fleet, you may obtain a user name and password by registering as a fleet POC. Select the appropriate option: “Register a New Fleet” under the “New Fleets” heading or “Log In” under the “Registered Fleets” heading. If you have lost or forgotten your user name or password, contact L-3 Communications (800-959-5780, afv_credit_acct@L-3com.com).
