What information do I need to provide to a mortgage professional in order to determine loan qualification?
Each lender varies on what they require. Typically you will need to provide your mortgage lender/bank with the following 1.) two months worth of pay stubs for you and your spouse 2.) your social security numbers for you and your spouse and your permission for them to process and view your credit report 3.) Last years state and federal tax returns for you and your spouse 4.) your contact information such as a good contact number where you may reached at along with your email and home address 5.) Two months of your most recent bank statements (including checking, savings, money market, 401K and any retirement accounts) for you and your spouse. Additional information may be required by the lender.
