If you somehow soak the inside of the chassis, do not ride it until it has completely dried. There is a small chance that damage to the electronics could result. One more thing. You might be tempted to remove the dash or deck plate to dry things off. Heed this warning: DO NOT REMOVE THE DASH OR DECK PLATE UNLESS YOU HAVE SPECIFIC AND CLEAR DIRECTIONS FROM US TO DO SO. INSIDE THE CHASSIS ARE DANGEROUS HIGH-CURRENT WIRES. THESE WIRES CONTAIN ENOUGH ELECTRICITY TO HARM YOU!
