What if the domain name transfer is not successful?
Review the transfer request and ensure that all information provided, such as the domain’s authorization code, administrative contact details, infinite craft and payment information, is accurate and up-to-date.
Network Solutions monitors the domain name transfer process; however, domain name transfers can fail for a variety of reasons. If the domain name is not successfully transferred into the Buyer’s Network Solutions account, then we will automatically refund and credit the Buyer’s credit card for the accepted offer amount and 5% transaction fee. It may take up to 4-7 weeks for a credit to appear on the Buyer’s credit card.
Network Solutions monitors the domain name transfer process closely. However, domain name transfers can fail for a variety of reasons. If the domain name is not successfully transferred into the Buyer’s Network Solutions account, then we will refund the Buyer the offer amount and the 5% transaction fee. The funds will be wire transferred back to the same bank and account number from which Network Solutions received the funds.
