WHAT IF SOMEONE RETURNS A PRODUCT?
We post our return policies on our website, to make sure that all customers are clear about returns before they purchase a product. We allow returns on damaged and defective items within 30 days of purchase — some items may be returned for a REFUND and others only for a REPLACEMENT (see policy). If a customer decides to return a non-damaged item, he or she will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional shipping to mail out a replacement — and will be charged a restocking fee by OnlineOrganizing.com to cover our costs in processing the order. Regardless of the reason for the return, no refunds will be made on the initial cost to ship the item. Please let us know if you have any questions about refunds.
