What if I don fill out all the information right now? How can I update or make changes to GlobalPatientRecord™?
Once you have created your personal Health Record, you can make any changes or updates as needed. You have complete control to your record at all times. For GlobalPatientRecord™ to work most effectively, you must provide complete information. Your GlobalPatientRecord™ will send you a quarterly reminder to keep your record current. How does this information get to those who need it and when they need it, such as in the case of an emergency? You control access to your GlobalPatientRecord™, and decide who is permitted to view your record, and for what period of time that access is granted. Your authorization will continue until you revoke it. It is your responsibility to maintain and update access privileges for your GlobalPatientRecord™.
