What if I am from a new residency program or my site isn listed in the “Affiliations” field of the registration form?
It’s very important that all sites attending the conference be registered properly by using this “Affiliations” field. If your site is not listed please contact the Program Chair, Evelyn Hermes-DeSantis, so that your site can be added. Preceptors should all register using the same “affiliation” as their resident. This will help us in organizing our program and allow conference organizers to know which resident and preceptors are from the same site.
