WHAT IF A Monitor FAILS?
Should FIMIS not receive data from a known Monitor within three consecutive days, the designated Maintenance and Site personnel are automatically notified by email. Should FIMIS not receive data from a known Monitor within seven consecutive days, the designated Owner and Owner MIS personnel are automatically notified by email. (FAX and pager notification can be provided for a fee.) FIMIS will automatically elevate a problem by generating email messages to the following roles: Days Addressees 1 Monitor Maintainer 2 FIMIS Owner and FIMIS Maintainer 3 Monitor Maintainer and Maint. Co. 5 Site Manager, Monitor Maintainer and Maint. Co. 7 Owner MIS, Site Manager, Monitor Maintainer and Maint. Co. 9 Owner, Owner MIS, Site Manager, Monitor Maintainer and Maint. Co.
