Once the 10% deposit is made and the Resident Agreement is signed, a full refund will be made: – if contract termination is desired for other than health change reasons, and it is requested more than 30 days after the contract was signed. In the event of a documented health care change, a full refund will be made. When the community is ready to open, or has already opened, and a resident’s move has been scheduled will be made: – if it is requested more than 30 days after the contract was signed, and when the same residence has been contracted for by another person. Any special costs incurred for modifications and/or refurbishing requested by the initial depositor will be due and can be paid directly or deducted from refundable entrance fee.
