Each staff member is responsible for their own Performance Review documentation – that means that each staff member completes a form in preparation for their review meeting, agrees the final wording with their reviewer and then retains a copy of the final document. Information that needs to go elsewhere – either a training need or a general summary of performance and issues – is collected by the reviewer and passed on to the Head of Department. Some of the issues will be properly dealt with at the departmental level because they are specific to that department; academic departments requiring advice or assistance are encouraged to consult their Academic Coordinator. Other issues will be the basis of useful feedback to the University and will be summarised in the Departmental Summary Report sub
