If you would like to find out if the problem is fixable, call and speak to an engineer to find out if the problem is curable. If it is, you then have the choice of scheduling for an appointment. Upon working with your computer, the on-site engineer will determine within the first hour if it is curable or not. If it is not curable, you will not be charged for the time we spent on your computer. Our philosophy is “no fix, no pay!
