What happens if I’m quarantined?
If you can connect to the network but cannot reach the login page, you may be qurantined. Users will be asked to scan their PC for viruses and spyware/malware using commercially available anti-virus/spyware tools, and remove the spyware/malware from their PCs. The library cannot provide any advice on spyware/virus removal. Your PC will be quarantined for 24 hours and once cleaned up can be used on the OPL wireless network again. To determine if you are quarantined, you will need to determine your IP address. To find your IP address, Open Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > Type ipconfig Library staff can check our admin tool to determine if you are quarantined.
