You must have your last employing school system in North Carolina forward to the RALC your TPAI from North Carolina (end-of-year evaluation), the Policies and Procedures Form, and the transcripts of courses taken with a Request to clear your license. This must be done within the three-year time frame on your original lateral entry license. The RALC can request to clear your license. Remember that this is not a continuing license because you have to teach in North Carolina three years (finish the BTSP program) to clear this requirement. We can not accept transcripts, etc except through your last employing school system in North Carolina.
