What happens if an item is out of stock?
All of the products that you see in our site are in stock and waiting to be shipped. However if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to substitute the item for another item in stock, remove it from the order, or place the order temporarily on hold until the item is in stock again. If a costumer chooses to remove the out of stock item from the order, a refund will be issued for the item including the difference in the shipping cost. If that is still unsatisfactory, we will then offer a full refund for the order.
All products are sold subject to availability. If an item you order is out of stock we shall try to contact you by telephone or email. Where possible we will offer you the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock, a refund or an alternative. If a promotional item is out of stock we will substitute an alternative shade wherever possible. If an alternative is not available you will receive a refund.
