Thinkfinity relies on the information collected from trainings to gauge the progress of the rollout in each rollout area and nationally. This information also drives the national Trainer Recognition Program and supports ongoing efforts to secure funding. Consequently, it is very important that all Trainers complete the required reporting steps for the type of session they are conducting. To support this data collection for all registered sessions, an e-mail reminder is sent to the Trainer seven days after the session date has passed listing any reporting steps that have not been completed. Approximately one month after the training, all sessions that have been registered, but have no corroborating data (i.e. Attendee Rosters, Attendee Surveys or Trainer Follow-up Form) are removed from the training calendar.
