In the event of a cancelled sailing we make every effort to contact guests in advance to inform them of the rescheduled departure. Because of this each time you book a ferry with us, it is very important that you leave a correct and contactable mobile phone number, which will be available at least 12 hours before your departure.

If you have a reservation and your sailing is cancelled, you will be given the option to remain at the terminal and will have priority boarding for the next sailing. Customers without reservations will be provided information on other travel options and will be directed to leave the terminal.
