Answer The minimum information requirement is set out in paragraph 5.6 of the guidance. The PCT may have difficulty meeting the requirements because some of the data is not yet available. Nevertheless, the PCT must develop as rapidly as possible to meet the requirements. It may wish to consider buying in support from an external provider.
