What happens at a JCS job fair?
All of the 42 schools in our system will be represented. A table with information about the school will be manned by administrators and other staff members. They will be able to answer questions about the school, potential vacancies, etc. They will be collecting resumes and other information from qualified applicants. There may be very limited opportunities for candidates to interview with administrators. More often, candidates will share their information with administrators who can schedule later appointments with those candidates matching their vacancies. In addition, staff from the Human Resources department will be there. You may drop off a resume, transcripts, written references, etc. to support your online application. We request that individuals attending the fair fill out an online application.Break-out sessions will be available for candidates interested in additional information regarding lateral entry requirements.
