What exactly is an eBook?
Ebooks are electronic books that can be read on a computer screen or printed out to paper. Ebooks are downloaded from a webpage and stored on your computer. What are the advantages of eBooks over ordinary “physical” books? • Ebooks offer a high level of interactivity not possible in print editions. (For example, live “clickable” links that connect to additional information or resources at exactly the moment you need them.) This makes ebooks the perfect medium for “resource” guides, “step by step” guides, “how to” guides and so on. • Ebooks are delivered instantly via direct download from the Internet. (So there’s no waiting for “snail mail” packages to arrive!) • Since it’s not mailed to you, there are NO shipping and handling charges!
