USOEC stands for the United States Olympic Education Center. The USOEC subsidizes non-traditional collegiate sports. (Traditional collegiate sports include sports like football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, & field hockey that may be sanctioned by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA.)
