What does the Testing Phase consist of?
Once applications are selected, candidates will be invited to participate in the Testing Phase. This includes a written exam, informal interview, and physical agility test. • Written Exam: short answer and essay questions specific to CRFA. • Informal Interview: Candidates will be interviewed individually by a panel of Academy staff members. Formal/business attire is not required; candidates may be dressed in their physical training clothes. • Physical Agility Test: All candidates will perform a series of events to rank physical abilities upon entrance into the Academy. Please see the Conditioning Recommendations from Coach Chris Armstrong for more information regarding the Physical Agility Test and overall physical fitness.
