What does the registration fee include?
Admission to the Exhibit Hall with over 100 exhibits; keynote presentations; special session presentations; 250+ breakout sessions and roundtable discussions; orientation for presenters and first-time conference attendees; refreshment breaks, coffee breaks, receptions, and southwestern-style buffet; email and Internet lab; participation in Passport drawings in the Exhibit Hall. Conference registration does not include preconference seminars and other special offerings; an additional fee will be assessed for those events.
Registration includes admittance to all technical sessions and banquet events; two full breakfasts, one luncheon, a Sunday evening reception, and Monday evening dinner and entertainment. Hotel accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee so attendees must book their own rooms In addition to TechCon sessions, BASIS offers a free conference options, the return of the popular pre-conference forum for end users on Sunday, September 27 from 10:00 AM to 12 noon. TechCon2009 parallels the AddonSoftware conference, AddCon2009, on Tuesday so consider attending the balance of the AddCon conference on Tuesday afternoon, September, 29 for a nominal fee. Consider registering your companion for the guest tour on Monday that takes them on an exciting tour of Acoma Sky City and Albuquerque’s Old Town.
Registration fees for seminars and conferences include all materials, continental breakfast each morning, refreshment breaks, and lunch for full-day sessions or where expressly indicated. Lunch is not provided on sessions ending at midday. For conferences featuring post-conference roundtables, lunch may be served to roundtable attendees only. Please see your brochure for more information. Some conferences have an evening reception.
