The attendee registration fee includes: • Welcome Social on Monday, April 6, 2009 • Seated Breakfast with Speaker on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 • Symposium Banquet on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 • Refreshment Breaks • Admission to General Sessions • Motivational Speaker • Service Tack-On Sessions • Functional Breakout Training Sessions • Admission to Exhibit Hall • Name Identification Badge and all Symposium Material
The registration fee includes the welcome social, one breakfast meal on April 27, 2005, one dinner meal on April 27, 2005, 12 refreshment breaks, admission to all general sessions, service tack-ons, seminars, award program, motivational speaker, exhibit hall access, name identification badge and all Symposium materials.
The single site registration fee provides the following: • One computer password to log into the seminar/briefing. • One toll-free telephone call to access the audio portion of the seminar/briefing. • Presentation materials and a student supplement that can be duplicated for seminar participants. (PDF format of the presentation materials for Web briefing participants). • Access for one person (the registrant) to take the online quiz to verify his/her attainment of the learning objectives (not applicable for Web briefing).
