What does it take to be “authenticated” by CertiCall?
CertiCall’s layered enrollment process requires that you first complete a simple registration form, followed by confirmation of your email address and mobile telephone number. You are subsequently encouraged to complete the authentication process by correctly responding to several personal security and challenge questions generated by our vetting algorithm. Once your identity credentials are verified through our secure process, our system designates you as being an “authenticated” member of CertiCall. While it is not a mandate that you become authenticated, we strongly encourage you to do so (see FAQ Why should I become authenticated?).
