What does hiding a class do?
Hiding a class removes it from the display but not from the document itself. This feature is useful for excluding certain classes, since the general export and printing features, as well as substructure search and similarity analysis, consider only the classes that are currently visible. You can make hidden classes visible again by selecting Classes / Hide/Unhide / Unhide All.
