What does Dual Audio mean?

Dual Audio means that there are two audio tracks (in this case Japanese & English audio). But from the problem you are having, it seems you don’t have the proper audio / video codecs (or interface) to control subs / dubs. I recommend un-installing any third party video / audio codecs you have (if you don’t know what I’m talking about then, I’m guessing you don’t have any). And installing the one-stop codec for all your video / audio needs – the Combined Community Codec Pack. http://www.cccp-project.net/ It should give the proper codecs to play files, and when you are playing your videos several icons should appear in your taskbar. Right click those icons & there’s an interface for you to choose your subtitle language (if the vid has it), and audio track (if the vid has it).
