Cabulous is free to passengers. Cabulous charges a small daily fee ($1.50 USD) to drivers, but ONLY if the driver accepts at least one hail that day. If the driver gets no hails, he pays nothing. Even if he gets 20 or more hails in a day shift (12 hours), the fee is still only $1.50.
