Original documents should include but is not limited to: birth certificate, passport, identification card, original tax forms, rental or mortgage agreement, paystubs or receipts; and when in existence: marriage certificate, divorce certificate, children’s birth certificates, spouse’s birth certificate, family’s (spouse, children, parents and siblings) immigration documents such as residence card or naturalization certificate, court disposition and any other documents relating to previous arrests and rehabilitation steps, recommendation letters and letters of support. Please also keep in mind that every present for you in your case must always carry a valid Identification card.
