What do the importance levels correspond to? Where are they mentioned?
They enable you to perform a search according to the Importance Level of the case-law collection (s): 1 = High importance, Judgments which the Court considers make a significant contribution to the development, clarification or modification of its case-law, either generally or in relation to a particular State. 2 = Medium importance, Judgments which do not make a significant contribution to the case-law but nevertheless do not merely apply existing case-law. 3 = Low importance, Judgments with little legal interest – those applying existing case-law, friendly settlements and striking out judgments (unless these have any particular point of interest. The importance levels are mentioned in the notice accompanying each document.
