For SIP forwarding: You need a SIP compatible equipment with a public IP address and capable of receiving calls without being registered. Cepap does not provide SIP registration nor NAT traversal service. You can contact FreeTEL System for Intelligent SIP Device. For PSTN forwarding: You only need your existing PSTN phone number. For Online Account forwarding: You only need your existing online Account {Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, Google Talk, Skype, Gizmo…}.
