What coverage is provided for Loss of Use and Other Structures on homeowner policies?

0
10

The coverage provided for Loss of Use is 10% of the dwelling coverage under an HO-00 08 policy and 30% for an HO-00 02 and 30% for an HO-00 03 policy. The standard percentage for Other Structure coverage is 10% on all homeowner policies, but may be increased on an HO-00 02 or HO-00 03 policy. Obviously, if the Other Structure coverage is increased above 10%, the premium will be higher.
