What countries does MPI Home Video ship orders?
MPI Home Video currently only ships orders to the United States, Canada & US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands). We do not accept orders from other areas. We do accept orders from military addresses, but they must be shipped via standard mail only. Q: I received more than one Order Confirmation email. What should I do? A: Orders are sometimes duplicated if you click the “Place Order” button more than once. If you receive more than one confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@mpimedia.com. Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: U.S. orders are generally received within 2-10 business days of shipment; Canadian orders take approximately 5-14 days after shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email message when your order has been shipped.
