Examples of low risk issues not involving patient care, professional judgment or wrongdoing that do not require reporting to the Arizona Board of Nursing are: rudeness to peers, co-worker disputes, personality conflicts, absenteeism, tardiness, labor-management disputes such as work schedules/wages/wrongful termination. Facility specific operational issues that are under the jurisdiction of the Arizona Department of Health Services or other state agencies should not be reported to the Board of Nursing.
