It is entirely browser-based. The latest versions of browsers (Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) are recommended for both speed and functionality. In addition, non-persistent cookies support and 128 bit encryption are required. It is your responsibility to ensure that the browser you are using is the most secure version available with all software supplier recommended security fixes.
