What commitment is asked of Mentors?
Besides a commitment to your own marriage, M.F.L. wants you to mentor at least two other couples with at least one of them becoming mentors. This will allow M.F.L. to grow rapidly. Should you wish to mentor more couples, you may do so, however it is not desirable for you to exceed four couples, as this could be self-defeating. M.F.L. does not want to encourage mentors to “perform” to such an extent that they build resentment or burn out. This defeats your purpose in becoming M.F.L. Mentors. Should you wish to effect more couples then it is best for you to apply to be Mentor Trainers. This is available through M.F.L.
