What changes have been made to the rules for applicants engaged in a “combination of occupations”?
Combination occupations can be justified in three ways: • the employer can prove it has normally employed persons for that combination and/or • workers customarily perform the combination in the area of intended employment and/or • the combination job opportunity is based upon a business necessity.
