What career services are available?
Career services are available at both the Haas School of Business and at Columbia Business School and include career workshops and seminars held during lunch breaks, one-on-one career coaching, and on-campus recruiting. Access to some career services require written approval from a student’s employer depending on the student’s sponsorship level.
The Office of Career Services on campus can assist you with finding full or part-time employment while you are pursuing your degree or after graduation. The career services available through the Office of Student and Alumni Services includes a posting of full and part-time jobs, internships and fellowships. Also you can access employment opportunities from the Employment Opportunities section on our web page. The School does not offer placement services. Through the university, we have a career service office that works closely with students in a number of ways. They offer workshops for job searching and writing resumes. The office also will work with students individually and help them put together a package. In addition, the Drexel Steinbright Career Development Center serves students, alumni, faculty, administrators, and the University’s participating employer organizations. Services focus on integrating co-operative education experiences and academic programs; and teaching and prioritizing effective career management that empower clients with skills essential for their future careers and lives.
