The Resellers’ customers are billed according to the “Complete A_Leg billing regardless of whether the call is connected or not” billing mode. With this billing mode the customer pays for the full A_Leg duration even if the call was not able to be connected (busy, no answer, no credit balance etc.). If the call was able to be connected then the customer pays for the full A_Leg and B_Leg durations.
