What areas of a Donation application are most difficult and why?
The most difficult areas are the Business/Financial Plan and the Mooring Plan. The business/financial area is difficult because it costs millions of dollars to obtain and convert these vessels into museums memorials. Locating a permanent display site can also be difficult because of political, real estate and environmental concerns.
