What are the steps to build an exercise in NxMSEL?
A. To build an exercise, the Database Administrator creates the exercise shell and allows access by the MSEL Manager, who sets up the various parameters within which the exercise will be constructed, such as the training objectives, inject cells, and training audience. The MSEL Manager also grants database access to the SMEs, who in turn develop the events that will drive the exercise and achieve the training objectives. SMEs also use NxMSEL to create scripts and USMTF messages that relate to the events.
