i. Upon appeals made by pregnant teachers for not transferring them ii. Male and female teachers over 53 years of age iii. Female teachers having infants below the age of 01 year (Necessary information should be confirmed by documents) ( Further information relating to teacher transfers has been included in the Circular No. 2001/28 dated 26.10.2001 on National Teacher Transfer Policy issued by the Secretary, Ministry of Education and in Chapter III of the Establishment Code.
