During the initial implementation, OMH will only be accepting PAR applications from those agencies that have programs targeted for conversion (see Attachment T-1B of the County Planning Package). However, if an agency has one or more PROS-eligible programs and wants to include a program not on the eligibility list, it may work with the county regarding inclusion in the county plan and subsequent PAR application process.
