The InDesign Server SDK can be downloaded directly from the InDesign CS4 Server SDK web page. No registration is required. To gain access to the runtime and debug software, you must fill out the InDesign CS4 Server Developer Application (PDF, 442k). Commercial development partners should have a current membership in the Adobe Solution Partner Program, preferably at the Silver level. This membership provides a channel for receiving development support and other benefits tailored to the needs of commercial development partners, including complimentary software, upgrades of selected products, access to other Adobe SDKs, general technical information, and co-marketing opportunities.
