What are the red bumps?
They are sort of like ingrown hairs, I’m told. The doctor gave me a prescription of Fucidin cream for it, which works pretty well; when there is a flare up, I put the cream on and it died down the next day. Most of the red marks were from before I had the cream; once the skin is inflamed, the redness takes a looooong time to go away, because the skin down there is not renewed as fast as say that on your hands. Is the skin totally smooth and hair free now? Yes it’s 99.9% smooth in my pubic area, anal cleft and underarms, but on the scrotum and around the penis there are still hairs left, albeit much spareser and finer than before. Since that area was especially sensitive, a lower setting had to be used and thus not as effective. (Also see below regarding the female technician.) I can live with that. Also where the skin gets darker, there are visibly paler bumps where the hair root used to be. Any problems getting the private areas treated? I had a male technician for most of the session
