Direct jobs: Outsourcing is entirely free. So is maintaining a profile for the purpose of obtaining direct jobs. Posted jobs: Posting a job is free. Answering and posting a quote is free and unlimited for ProZ.com members. Non-paying site users are charged a fee of $1 (or, alternatively, 100 browniz) for each quote posted. On InstantJobs, a commission on the overall value of a job is taken by ProZ.com. The payment shown for InstantJobs is the payment available to the service provider; the commission has already been subtracted.
