Plan information may be requested by the public through the EBSA Public Disclosure Room. If a member of the public wants information about a Form 5500 plan which EBSA does not have jurisdiction over, they need to request it from IRS since EBSA only gets Form 5500 data which they need and have jurisdiction over.
